1. Contractor installing grass must be:

a. Licensed

b. Bonded

c. Insured

d. Registered with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors

e. A Reputable Company

f. Offer must be for grass of same quality or better

g. Instllation process must be the same

h. Warranty must be the same

If we cannot match the price and the contractor has met all of the above rules then we will pay you $50.00 for your time.
