Professional team. Called and set up appointment. They showed up on time and gave me all my options and an estimate on site. We scheduled work and it was done on time the following week. They cleaned up nicely and did a great job!
Update: The owner reached out to me and setup a time to come out and listened to our concerns. He explained the lines and how the section needed to be cut in half. I appreciated him owning the issue and he wants to make sure expectations are set correctly going forward. He guaranteed the installation and offered to handle any further issues I might have. Overall we are happy that we can use our backyard now and our dogs love running around like it's a dog park. Absolutely horrendous experience with the project manager. His promises were nothing but empty words. I wasted a vacation day for a no-show installation, only to discover they'd ordered the wrong pavers! As if that wasn't enough, they didn't even order enough sand. I was told this would be a 1 day installation. It ended up being 3 if you count the no show day. Very unprofessional and lacking a client first experience. There was no ownership taken by the PM. For the amount of $ invested in this project, you would expect better. However, the crew who did the actual work were fantastic. They were professional and courteous. At first the turf seemed to be installed correctly, but now we can see all the seams and there should have been 3 sections of turf, but they patched in a section that is obvious to anyone just looking at it.
Great work. The grass looks great thank you. We had them out 10 years or so ago and did the pavers/firepit and we hist had them redo the grass this morning
Our experience with Artificial Grads Masters was exceptional. Richard was so professional came out to give us an estimate, answered all our questions and gave us the best recommendations. Felecia got us on their schedule the following week. Our project was completed in two days and the installers did immaculate work. I love the artificial grass and my dog really likes it too! The guys who installed it were so nice and took great care of the rest of the yard. Rocks were moved and spread out where I wanted them. The salesman was very helpful and gave us lots of information. Richard gave us a fair estimate and were are so happy we chose Artificial Grass Masters!

After 16 years of fighting to keep my front yard grass looking good, I finally decided to put in Artificial Grass. After looking at several companies and getting a few bids I decided to go with Artificial Grass Masters. I chose them as they seemed to strike the right balance of quality and cost. Communication was good for when the job would occur and what we could expect. The crew that came and worked on our yard had to tear out a lot of tree roots to prep the soil and then install the grass. Overall, I appreciated the interactions and allowing me to make sure I was happy with the job they were doing. After the job was completed, Ryan came out and did a quality control inspection and I pointed out some spots that had appeared to have settled a little bit due to recent rains. He pulled a crew back out to redo these areas to ensure the result was just what I was looking for. I would highly recommend.
Would have given them a 5 star, because of there product and how well they do at putting it in. The people that work for them know what there doing,they have some of the best installers around. The problem I have is there business practices of giving 100.00 for a referral.They don't follow though. After call after call , all that I got was the checks in the mail. Never got one so I'm letting everyone know about it. Just an FYI.

Richard our project manager was great from start to finish. They scheduled for a start on Tuesday and promised to be completed by Thursday and it was completed right on time. Looks great, we are very happy.

Joey was awesome to work with. He helped us design our back and front yard landscaping. He was very helpfull with a ton of knowledge and the communication from him and the company was great. The total cost of the project was very affordable and we are very happy with the final product.
