We hired Artificial Grass Masters to remove our old grass lawn in the front yard and sprinkler system from the previous owner. My boss had used them previously and recommended them as I did not know who to use for general landscape work. I was nervous hiring a contractor from online as there are hundreds of landscapers in the valley, most with mixed reviews. Richard came out and gave us estimates for the sod lawn to be replaced with DG rock and one with artificial turf. My wife and I ended up choosing the option to have them remove the lawn and replace with an all rock surface with new drip irrigation for us to add our own plants later. They also replaced the irrigation system in the backyard and added all new PVC for my wife's planters and multiple heads for future plants. The crews were early/on time both days and completed the work quickly even in the very hot temperatures. Richard was communicative and the owner Joshua also stopped by to check on progress. Everyone was friendly and even we we found the old control wire/valve to the back needed to replaced they helped take care of us. Thanks to Richard, the hard working crews, and the owner for the quality work and here's hoping it lasts many years!

Had our grass and pavers installed in 2020. When we were quoted, we wanted to have drainage installed under the down spots from our patio as we've had some flooding of our backyard due to the way the yard was grated. Water would come up to our patio door during heavy monsoons. The salesmen told us we wouldn't need it and that they would re-grate our backyard and install the grass and pavers on a slight slate to divert the excess water towards and down our side yard moving towards the street. Install went great and couldn't be happier unit the next monsoon storm. Water flooded our patio. You can even tell in the pictures that the pavers are not level and there's no way the water could be diverted down our side yard. Now the coating of our patio is starting to come up due to being submerged in water. Responding to the owners comments on 12/05. - You're correct, no one wants to spend more money than they have to...that's human nature. We were already spending $11,000 and adding the drains were expensive and putting us over budget (you were not our best deal or our cheapest quote, but decided to go with Artificial Grass Masters due to reviews). Though the drains were expensive, we understood they were a necessary for our backyard and were willing to spend the money. It wasn't until your salesman talked us out of the drains as he promised to grade the backyard correctly. This obviously didn't happen and based off the photo, wasn't even close to happening. I was willing to pay for what I needed. Maybe it's best for your salesmen not to make promises they cannot keep.

Update: The owner reached out to me and setup a time to come out and listened to our concerns. He explained the lines and how the section needed to be cut in half. I appreciated him owning the issue and he wants to make sure expectations are set correctly going forward. He guaranteed the installation and offered to handle any further issues I might have. Overall we are happy that we can use our backyard now and our dogs love running around like it's a dog park. Absolutely horrendous experience with the project manager. His promises were nothing but empty words. I wasted a vacation day for a no-show installation, only to discover they'd ordered the wrong pavers! As if that wasn't enough, they didn't even order enough sand. I was told this would be a 1 day installation. It ended up being 3 if you count the no show day. Very unprofessional and lacking a client first experience. There was no ownership taken by the PM. For the amount of $ invested in this project, you would expect better. However, the crew who did the actual work were fantastic. They were professional and courteous. At first the turf seemed to be installed correctly, but now we can see all the seams and there should have been 3 sections of turf, but they patched in a section that is obvious to anyone just looking at it.

Professional team. Called and set up appointment. They showed up on time and gave me all my options and an estimate on site. We scheduled work and it was done on time the following week. They cleaned up nicely and did a great job!

Great work. The grass looks great thank you. We had them out 10 years or so ago and did the pavers/firepit and we hist had them redo the grass this morning

Felecia got us on their schedule the following week. Our project was completed in two days and the installers did immaculate work. Chris was very helpful in making sure I was pleased with the final result. He and his men hauled away the "old" artificial grass for me which I wasn't planning on.

I love the artificial grass and my dog really likes it too! The guys who installed it were so nice and took great care of the rest of the yard. Rocks were moved and spread out where I wanted them. The salesman was very helpful and gave us lots of information. Richard gave us a fair estimate and were are so happy we chose Artificial Grass Masters!
